What are the key facts about the Dravawe Quest?

The Dravawe Quest is a serious leadership and team game played online with 21 adventurers over the course of 3 hours. Subsequently, a debriefing and coaching session of 3 hours will be facilitated by 4 certified and licensed coaches.

The gaming adventure takes place on q Dravawe Island, where leaders will immerse themselves in a fantasy world made of extraordinary environments, engage with unique locals and face challenging situations with the aim to thwart the dark plans of evil creatures. Leaders must decide and act quickly, with agility and conviction, just the same as everyday business reality, and they can only succeed if they work as a team.

In the coaching session, the team coaches will debrief the leadership and team behaviours displayed in the game with the respective teams thus translating online experiences into business contexts and addressing essential new school mindsets and behaviours.

How will you face the increasingly complex challenges of the VUCA world of today and tomorrow with a team spirit beyond limits?

Your opportunity to hone your skills begins now. Join us in the Dravawe Quest!

Which skills will be addressed?

  • How to contribute to others’ informed decision-making?
  • How to communicate in complex situations in a concise way and limited time?
  • How to resist the internal and/or external pressure to win at all costs?
  • How to think outside the box and make decisions when resources are limited?
  • How to go above and beyond the own call of duty?

What are the deliverables?

Qualitative:

During the quest, while being immersed in a unique and intense adventure, leaders will experience and acquire 8 critical behaviours that are essential for organisations to succeed in pursuing their purpose and strategies.

Quantitative:

As a direct follow up of the quest, leaders - individually or jointly with other team members - will implement specific actions related to the organization’s challenge that served as the basis for the quest. These could be actions that result in new, promising opportunities for the organization or in eagerly-awaited solutions to potentially long time (un-)noticed issues.

The results of the actions will be shared as best practices with other stakeholders.

In the long term, when approaching complex, seemingly intractable challenges, leaders will engage with involved stakeholders to inspire a mindset that will often lead to the achievement of surprising and unexpected solutions for the organisation.
