# of Called Adventurers 1 - 2 3 - 6 7 14 21 Each quest requires 21 Adventurers. As an organization, team or individual you may call your desired number of adventurers.

Backup Players
0 0 1 2 3 To ensure game continuity, backup Adventurers are needed for every game in the unlikely event that a nominated Adventurer is sick and hence unable to play. Organizations that call 1 or more full teams of 7 Adventurers, should also nominate 1 backup Adventurer / team. Should the backup Adventurer not be needed for that game, a role will be offered to this person in one of the upcoming quests.

6 5 4 3 A minimum lead time is required in order to ensure complete preparation. The Adventurers who set out for the Quest will need to ‘save the date’ and engage in a dialogue with their coach and a practice session (approx. 2 x 50 mins).

Organizations that book 1 or 2 teams of 7 Adventurers each, may choose from a series of proposed dates that are coordinated with the other teams. Individual Adventurers may choose their preferred date from a series of upcoming published Quests.

Team Debriefing / Coaching high-performance culture high-performance culture references to your culture customized to your culture embedded in your culture For those who book an entire Quest, the coaches will embed the message of the game, along with the behaviours resulting from it, within the organization’s desired culture. For those who call 2 teams to the Quest, the coaches will customize the message of the game within the organization’s desired culture. References to the organization’s desired culture will be made when 1 team has been called to the Quest. For teams consisting of individual players, the focus will be on the behaviours associated with a high-performing culture.

Role / Team Choice in Quest assigned suggested first come, first served preferences considered preferences considered Each Quest is played by 3 teams, each with the same 7 roles. Some roles require greater gaming and/or leadership proficiency than others. If part of an XL or L package, Adventurers are invited to indicate their preferences of a role, which in most cases can be met. A first come, first served approach will be applied for those being invited to an M package. For Adventurers from an S or XS package, roles will be suggested or assigned according to proficiency and availability.

Organizations may additionally opt for specific coaching and/or sparring services that support the key-take aways and further develop the desired behaviours. Is not responsible for any costs that result from local tax. Organizations will settle their invoices via bank transfer. Individual and Backup Adventurers may settle the invoice via bank transfer or PayPal.

No-show Refund no no no no no In the event of a force majeure, which negatively impacts the ability of one or more Adventurers to join the Quest, every effort will be made to reschedule or to find an alternative date. All other no-shows will be charged at the full rate.
