What is the etiquette for the Dravawe Quest?

  1. Protect your time
Adventurers and coaches should block and defend the time slot of the game and of the debriefing / coaching session, and prevent any potential disturbances.

  2. Be on time
Adventurers and coaches must be on time. If an adventurer is late by 3 minutes, they cannot participate anymore in the game and the backup adventurer(s) will be asked to step in.

In case a team coach has connectivity issues, the master coach will be the backup.

  3. Ensure stable connectivity
Adventurers who have connectivity problems – because of a weak internet connection on the day of the game – will need to drop out because of the negative impact on the experience of other adventurers. The backup adventurer(s) will take over.

  4. Create a quiet environment and strong system stability
Adventurers and coaches need to all be in quiet environments. Close all other tabs and other incoming notifications or distractions from your computer and all other personal devices.

  5. Dress for success
The dress code of the coaches and the adventurers will be professional, e.g., smart casual.

  6. Be ready on TEAMS
In the TEAMS meeting room, adventurers and coaches will have enabled audio AND camera.

  7. Stay focused
Adventurers and coaches shall be focused on the game and not leave the computer in order to fully support the flow of the game.

  8. Speak professionally
Adventurers and coaches must refrain from swearing, verbally and written.
